About While being in the playland Lalandia I discovered a big kitten that somehow got stuck under the closed porch outside our small house. The poor cat cried out for me and scratched the floor. I fed him through the wooden floor with fish, and we waited an entire day for a handyman to come and get the cat out and had to contact the staff three times before they made a move! Poor animal. The handyman wanted to let him run off, but we took him inside and fed him and tried to call his owners. The cat was so happy and relaxed and came and lied down on my lap with red ears and purring like an engine:-) Anna Sophie and the cat played a lot together, and while we had our dog in the house the two of them peeped down at him from the top of the stairs - great photoopportunity:-) The cat wasn´t thrilled at all when the owner came for him next night, and Anna Sophie was also sad. I was just relieved that we saved the cat from dying.

You already said it, Onie*LOL* Thank you but that was the least I could do. Had the handyman not appeared at night my husband and I would have torn the porch apart ourselves to get tha cat out. Incredible that anyone can be indifferent to a trapped animal.
A favourite?! Wauw! Thank you, I´m honoured, Onie.
Take care

How do I say *Bravo* on your rescue and not giving up... How do I say *Wonderful* for capturing such a beautiful moment with Anna Sophie and Puss... :)))

I can't stop smiling viewing this Annemette... They look like they have been friends and cohorts since birth...~~GRIN~~... Can totally understand Anna Sophies sadness... a bond can develop in such a short space of time, trust & friendship is special no matter how long the relationship... :)

Love it, a favourite for lots of reasons...:)))

Excellent Annemette...:)

Onie...

Well, I thought they were looking over a bunk-bed. So I guess the staircase aspect was lost on me.

Yes you´re right, James. Especially in the bottom. Thanks for this advice. I was caught in between wanting to show them up close and still show that it was a staircase.
Take care

Nice. I like the cat (and its story). I would use a tighter crop at the top and bottom though.

Great story and I'd have expected nothing less from you! I thought these two were peering down from a bunk bed at first. Nice work (for the kitty) and nice work (for the photo)!! :)
