Bijitda,
This is a great composition, particularly I am originally from a very old town, and I have seen similar sights, so viewing this image, I can feel like I am visiting my home town...Apart from my nostalgia, this composition has got everything from tonal quality to the level of details. Just a few wods from a beginner.
Regards,
Bhabesh

Hi Rishi, yes, the look of the building is as I saw it. Here goes the PS detail:
1. Resize and also change perpective (I had to shoot this from the first floor of a building opposite this - did not have access to the ground floor).
2. Sharpen using USM (0.3 pixels, 170%, range:0).
3. Desaturate.
4. Hue/Saturation - colorize (for the sepia) - saturation - -40 approx.
5. Increase canvas size to create the white border.
6. Paste the two corner clip images.
7. Increase the canvas by another 2 pixels to get the hairline black border.

Not as much as others perceive ;-), may be max 15 minutes. But, most importantly, I was shooting for the contrast only. I have a few color versions too with another window to the right, which I will share in the future.)
