About The dogs playing once more while I try to catch all the funny expressions and gestures with my camera:-) I wish it was more sharp, but those two move so fast, so I couldnīt focus well on them. I took the photo and many others with fast shutter, but is there a way to make such photos more sharp? Maybe using a tripod??

THank you for your long and thorough comment, Paul. The problem with my current camera is that itīs a small compact camera without many options to go manuel. I had 100 iso and the program with fast shuttereffct for motionphotos. I want a DSRL though which is why I try to learn and get advice that I can use when I manage to find the right cam to reasonable price.
"Stopping the lens down"- what does that mean?
THanks again:-)
Warm wishes
Annemette

Oh my they really are playmates! I really love this candid pet shot I guess you could call it!
You capture a precious moment here Annemette!
Its the very first doggie five Ive ever seen!
hehe
You did a great job on the exposure on this one and not an easy task given your subjects!
Wonderfull work my friend!

I think all things concidered and the fast action and high contrast you did a very excellent job of keeping all the important
parts in focus! I can really on see blur in the
feet area which is what I would want as it gives
a realisem to what was going on. You did not add
the camera settings so its kinda hard to really say. You surely can't beat a tripod and it will always help to keep a photo sharp!!!
That and stopping the lens down as far as you can. Sometime you will have to pump up the ISO
settings to achieve this but you had all the right condistions....Plenty light and also the bright snow. I would love to know what your camera settings were on this one!
Great capture Annemette!!

Much love

Paul

Annemette... :))) They look like they are shaking paws with each other...:) or, maybe dancing... :) and can see little cutie's teeth he is smiling so big... Henry is being gentle, he has his weight pulled back... A big softy...:)))...

Love these happy, fun loving friends of yours...:) Can't help but smile big just viewing them...:)

A tripod may help, but someone will be able to give a better idea how to help... My subjects are all the *non mobile* kind...:)

Great fun Annemette, thank you...:)

Onie...
