Wonderful attention to detail and the lighting is wonderful. Must be the glow from the fire. Focus is great, too, from the anvil all the way back to the fire. And those hats! Even though this is a tight crop you got all the important things in. I might like to see a bit more of what they are working on but I think the main strength of this photo is the lighting and what it does to the colors in the blue jeans, the skin tones, the metal of the anvil. Nice.
