haha i sometimes forget to make that ISO adjustment as well. hurts when i find out about it only after getting home and looking at the photos for the day.

Fantastic shot. I've tought it is a film grain untill I've red that is nikon d80. You should write it is provia 400 and everybody would be happy :)
