the bubble wouldn't float if the tones weren't so monotonous. I like this very much...you know I've struggled with digital camera's and sky - they don't seem to do sky very well.
composition is first rate imo
regarding my image that you asked about - I mostly use a webcam. If I use something else I try to remember to mention it in the fields that are appropriate.
the image was multiple layers of two webcam imgages. manipulated, layered, manipulated, layered, merged and then manipulated and layered some more. merged and manipulated...

boring picture very little contrasts. LIke the sun reflecting from the bubble. Digital cameras are amazing things, I guess it redeems you cause you can take so many shots.
