Oh Gosh!! Did I in any way made u feel horrible?? Wasn't my intention at all :( I just wanted to let u know the specs of this photo.Sorry if I was impolite in any way.
Also,thanks for that piece of info on Moose Filter.Really appreciate all the suggestions and help.

Moose Peterson is a nature photographer and has made a filter which is a combination of circ polarizer and a warming filter. He has put his name on that!
I have used it quite a while and found it to add that tinge to many images.

Ranjay,
I took this shot when I knew absolutely nothing about photography :) and that too with a 3MP Digital Point & Shoot.If I get a chance to visit Las Vegas again,will defilitely keep ur suggestions in mind.
P.S: What is a Moose Filter??

Swapna - for some reason, i am seeing a lot of blurriness! A tripod with large DoF please. And in these shots, a 2 stop Grad ND with a Moose filter are great tools.
