About dead leaf, living moth ,insert, delete ,end ,
When I was taking this posturei was thinking about :
Oh my God, this is how life of alives are flowing in this universe.
Creation is an insertion to me, no matter for a bug, moth, animal ,tree and human.
All of us have the same definition.
Deletion is another thing that most of the times take palace in this universe.
You are inserted but,you may be deleted quickly,or by destiny. Im not very clear with the philosophy behin deletion from universe. However, you will see many of survival deletion in this complex universe. A moph sitting right by on my keyboard,I can delete his/her life in a second, but WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!
This is a very simple example of deletion. There are many different sortsof deletion in natural life. The weather become stormy, and many of beautiful tree will lose their lives innocently. Natural disasters...
About END. for every insertion there will be an end. It's about the conncetion of soul and body of living elements. Yes, one day we(all creatures) leave this universe. But memories will remain, which I believe that's endless.
Your pet may die,but you always remember him/her. So this is very adorable. These are reactions against happenings.
We are not able to stand against them. Why!? I don't know.
A dead leaf is dead. But still alive to me. That's how I see things around, dead are alive to me. Although this leaf might be dead, but it is still as beautiful as the time it was living and breathing.Im sure the leaf spirit is proud and happy.
It's not like this about human life. But, when you remember someone, that's very glorious and splendid. The spirits are endless, and you are connected to them.

There are many many words to be mentioned here, and Im unable of writing all together, but hope I could convey what I was trying to communicate with you dears.

All elements of this shot is real, and I just changes the colors in PS. You will see the original shot in comments.

a good play with color and a strong visual metaphor
It reminded me of an old poem by Don Marquis "archy and mehitabel"

the lesson of the moth

i was talking to a moth
the other evening
he was trying to break into
an electric light bulb
and fry himself on the wires

why do you fellows
pull this stunt i asked him
because it is the conventional
thing for moths or why
if that had been an uncovered
candle instead of an electric
light bulb you would
now be a small unsightly cinder
have you no sense

plenty of it he answered
but at times we get tired
of using it
we get bored with the routine
and crave beauty
and excitement
fire is beautiful
and we know that if we get
too close it will kill us
but what does that matter
it is better to be happy
for a moment
and be burned up with beauty
than to live a long time
and be bored all the while
so we wad all our life up
into one little roll
and then we shoot the roll
that is what life is for
it is better to be a part of beauty
for one instant and then cease to
exist than to exist forever
and never be a part of beauty
our attitude toward life
is come easy go easy
we are like human beings
used to be before they became
too civilized to enjoy themselves

and before i could argue him
out of his philosophy
he went and immolated himself
on a patent cigar lighter
i do not agree with him
myself i would rather have
half the happiness and twice
the longevity

but at the same time i wish
there was something i wanted
as badly as he wanted to fry himself

Actually, I like this diagonal composition with the moth, leaf and keyboard. And, as always, your words are wonderful and make me think, dear Ardalan.:)

I know the composition of this moth might not be quite wel, but I could do nothing, you know, I was supposed to move it, but I scared it might fly away and I miss this shot.
Good luck
Ardalan
