About This shot remind me of the Aztec Legend.
It is said that the Aztecs chose the site of their capital, Tenochtitlan, because of the presence of a Eagle on a cactus and eating a snake. That's how the Aztecs decided where to built Tenochtitlan, a site that later became the modern Mexico City.
This shot was taken at Half Moon Bay, CA

Wow! You have captured nature at it's best. I never saw a snake dissected before. It's great to see how nature takes care of themselves. Great exposure and details. Interesting history too! What kind of hawk is this? Red tailed?

Excellent shot Yamil, looks like that snake's innards are really stretchy!

wow, this is incredible, Yamil-- the details are amazing... the snake is... really coming apart there, isn't it? These hawks are really powerful creatures.
