This is beautifully striking Annemette. The B&W strong silhouettes against the strong colour a great idea. And the reflections captured. It feels like the water is moving in the picture!

That's a very nice one, Annemette, especially being almost B&W except for the bright pink at Ann-Sophie's jacket. It focuses through color and focal point at the child as a symbol of the human intellectual activity in front of the waters of discoveries. As if a journey would soon start, to the shores and the horizon at the depth. But still the strongest discovery is the own self, that is reflected on that water!
Great work with much symbolism in it!
Take care,
Nick

Very nice image Annemette. I like the title too... Nice shadows, and reflections... I like this one a lot. Your daughter looks very thoughful and her jacket really is the only color here, so it grabs my eye to her and her thoughts. Well done ! Michele~

The vibrant colours of her jacket and hair really stand out against the darker sections. The silhouettes are highlighted by the lighter areas of sky and the reflections and ripples in the water. Having her so prominent not only makes her the cneter of focus, but for me also emphasizes her sense of curiosity. MAry

If there was a little more contrast this would be one of my favorites!
I really like the selective coloring but wish there was a little more in the shot that you could see
