Thanks Doyle I do appreciate your time and your more dynamic crop ! You've taken quite a bit of time with many suggestions so after work I will study this a bit better... It's off to work for me now... You're such a talented and generous friend and teacher. Whenever I get it right I will continue to pass on whatever I learn here at UF !!

Hi Michele . . .
Sorry to have been absent so long from your portfolio . . . just too busy. This shot has a great potential and as I saw mentioned in one comment . . . a good eye. The 'eye' can't be bought but looking at UF images does help to perfect it and this was a great find and a great capture too!
The problematic issue here is the top blown-out BG behind the necks of the bottles. Again, given the equipment you're using, I understand that there can be, from time to time, issues . . . but this is not one of those times (IMO). This shot has some very nice potential but I feel it lacks because the crop wasn't aggressive enough. The image . . . a still life . . . is already a bit static just by nature of being a still life . . . and I think had you been more aggressive . . . you could have ended the blow-out and increased the dynamic potential of this shot. I have attached a crop example for your consideration but - be aware . . . it took a great eye to get this find and record it . . . and wow girl . . . you have certainly improved of late! I'm impressed! :)

I love your eye and you can't buy the "EYE"... A bit HOT, but who can carry a diffuser around all the time?

Thank You for commenting on this image... I am not real happy with it for the same reason you mention ( altho it is ratan shelving) also the croping of the top of the bottle... had to because of other stuff I couldn't remove ...ha! But thank you for always commenting ! I want to see if you've posted anything yet ..I checked this morning you hadn't ... I am hoping to see another shot very soon my friend !

I like the compostion with this Michele. Very well done! The colors and detail are nice and the exposure very good.....:) I would have tried to get rid of the hose in the background however......(If possible)
I love the photo! Very good and very pleasent viewing.....

Hi Michele,
I like the bottles very much! It is always exciting when you see the light reflecting in glass!! Curious to see what the bottles are reflecting . I think I saw the trees from your garden?? Just a minor suggestion for improvement. When you make a crop with the top of the bottle in the middle, in view it might look nicer (?)
And the white of the top of the bottles on the left don't have contrast with the background.
Anyway a very nice picture!!
