Nice capture again.
Darkness overpowers the model and gives a scarry feeling that she get herself immersed in it.
It's very interesting how this capture expresses a very different side of the story.

Court proceedings? Hahaha. You could probably take the background a little darker in PS and improve the effect. Nicely done.

This gives off a weird vibe but in itself has much beauty and impact. The way you subtley show a hint of the audience must have been difficult to achive and it adds so much to the effect.

Certainly, I can see the audience in the background, but no matter, I was intrigued by the scene described. Was there a purpose for the silence and white belts?
