Well, the plant is a "nymphaea lotus termalis", whitout petals. Is just the part with seeds.
Unfortunately, I can`t shoot again, maybe next year. This kind of flowers are growning, in my country, at Baile Felix, a little watering place on the west part of Romania.

Hmmm... I suspect the photograph was just out of focus when your shutter went. Though the blur I see could also be from a small amount of unintended camera motion. Probably the best way to fix that would be shoot again (maybe with a tripod) and make certain your subject is perfectly in focus.
I was also wondering what this plant is called?
Your English is just fine. Much better than my Spanish or Italian or maybe even my French.
