Thank goodness you pulled a blend. I think this is very successfull - I would just pull a gradient mask and push and pull the levels a little bit more - but the red reads really well.

I too like this one better than the previous upload just for the amazing red color. It's the icing on the cake. Worth waking up early. Great job!
