There are some photographer that have the ability to take great and breathtaking scenario, other excel in still life rappresentation, other are perfect for glamour. Carlo excels in documentary/journalist shots (and also in minimalist shots). I sow his works on onother site and I can assure you it's not easy to make good journalist shot as he do. This shot is a documentary/journalist shot, of course. It's not easy to take the right "lighting" or the right men expression or... I think that the first thing you have to do in butchery like this one is to avoid to throw up. Second thing is to take a picture, third thing is to run out and take a fresh air breathing.
Very nice atmosphere, also you could try to take the same shot later/earlier on the day for different light effects. I wonder how it would look like a little more exposed, with light exploding at the door and window. Weel done. Best regards.
