This is once again the Eastern State Penitentiary, near the chapel. This wheelchair is in a room sealed off, yet on 2 different shoots I did, the wheels were in different positions.
The shot was through glass without a polarizer so there are cast reflections to the right near the fireplace.
To me, these reflections add to the mystery and erieness of the image.. I can almost see a face in the reflection..
The exposure time was 15 seconds at F8. The camera was a Sony Alpha 10 megapixel camera with a Minolta 28-75 F2.8 lens on it.
In camera black and white was used, and sepia only was added in PS. No other manipulation other than an unsharp mask was applied.
Wow.. the refelctions is very impressive.. I'm asking me first where it cames before reading your about. These give rise to a mysterious atmosphere. Nice work.
