Bless.. that's the problems with the emails... you don't see if you have submitted a further photo... lol
I had already lightened the grass a wee bit in the front.. though you've increased this... I like both of them... guess again it's all down to personal taste x

I like darkness, too, dear girl...and I submitted my 'improved' version, which was still quite dark.:) All I did was lighten slightly and boost contrast, especially with the individual tool in the foreground area.

I guess darkness is my thing.. I like this... the sky is magnificent enough to take centre stage here... and the hint of land below.
I achieved what I set out for in this shot.. though I know it will not be to everyones liking.
I never thought of it looking flat before... if you have any ideas on how this can be improved let me know.. always interested on how others perceive what I do & it really is great to get constructive feedback... would appreciate any you could give x
