About	I took a series of these flowers last year shortly after I got my first macro lens. They bloom over a period of weeks and make a lovely, varying display. This year I am trying out my DSLR (bought for panoramas) and developing images from the RAW data. They're a bit small to see in this image, but there are many ants on these flowers...

A very lovely floral study and I took something somewhat similar yesterday, Heather's standard fuschia. Beautiful colours and excellent details including a sighting of some ants in the lowest bloom. Well done my friend. All the very best to you Roger......Ray

I like these flowers, Roger! they are very photogenic, I believe. BUT...a macro would have made their colour and shape look real great!
