Habib - Great Dane growth rate is pretty dramatic. In this photo he was about 20 pounds (2 months old). In the other photo he was about 7 months old and 80 pounds. He's even bigger now. He is about 105 pounds at 10 months. I have been told he should top out at around 140 pounds at a year and a half old. A lot a fun to have around.

The focus is just right! It keeps your eye on Tank without making him too sharp. It makes him look so soft!

Lovely dog protrait, Pat. I like the splash of colour which frames your pet. I hope the lens is to your satisfaction. The saturation and contrast appears great and the tonality is smooth befitting a portrait lens. I am puzzled by your purchase as I thought you owned an 85mm f/1.4 and would surmise this lens is a duplication. Lens acquisition never subsides! I just purchase a 70-200VR. Every lens is the "last" purchase!
