Dear Paul,
You are right about the pl and reduction of reflection. In this case I didn't have a problem to capture it. I have tried to take a couple of shots without the filter, but I have noticed that the sky washed out like in this image. So the pl filter helped me to get the blue sky without losing the reflection.

the colors would appear more intense and vibrant but i just remembered that a pl filter could possibly eliminate the majority of that reflection so nvm then

Thanks for your suggestion Chris. I think also that clouds would add a lot to this image, reflected on the still water. I was no fortunate to have some. Maybe another time I will be there.
