About	On a walk I passed this sign on a lawn. I am going to admit I do not understand it. I think it relates to using lawn products that do not wash off and ultimately pollute the bay. Can some one explain the meaning to me?

Hmmm... What do they fish for in Chesapeake bay? Shell fish? Those are used as appetizers. It's funny regardless.
