Great shot Dave.
It's difficult to get one of these guys in focus and you were able to get the couple.
This shot is also great because allow us to tell the difference between male and female.

wow! quite the find...falcons have such a regal presence to me....very nice clarity and framing of shot,Dave....the deep blue BG is a great contrast with the neutrals of the Merlins...

Hi Dave!
Wow! these are great images of perched falcons! the colors are just stunning. As I learn more about these raptors, I see the different types of eyes. Some have deep black and others have orange or yellow eyes. But these falcons are really handsome creatures - I like the guy on the right. Your image here is just tack sharp, you've captured the colors on the wings very well. Can't thing of anything to critique.
