Hesham,
This one is interesting. I know a lot of people might not like the noise/grain effect, but that doesn't bother me. I think this kind of moody night image can benifit from that kind of thing. I also like the softness of the image. I'm sure it was intentional as well and not a mistake.
The frame, I personally don't like frames too elaborate. Again that is a matter of taste and a lot of people do like that sort of frame.

Interesting shot Hesham.
I like the incorporation of the image into the border. However, the excessive noise is distracting.
