Paolo, I like the concept and the composition of the shot itself, but I've two criticisms. First, there are dust spots and scratches on the image which I find distracting. Rescan or cloning tool? Second, although the background is correctly out of focus, so is the glass and bottle. I think sharper focus is needed here. I suspect you've shot this handheld. Good to see an old ME and film are being used.
