Hi Dave,
We had one of these guys show up last winter near Ottawa. It caused quite a stir in local birding circles. I manged to get one very bad picture of it.
This, on the other hand, is an awesome capture. Well done!

I have never seen a yellow headed black bird! This is a beautiful bird. Good colors, light and details in this image. I like the way the shadow of his beak is cast down the breast, that adds a lot to the perspective.
