The tripod is really intrusive in this moment.
It couldn't have been hand-held, or perhaps rotate the tripod legs 45 degrees to get it out of the shot?

To me, it's analogous to watching a move, and seeing the boom mic above the actor in the shot...it shatters the illusion. :(
