Wonderful composition, nice and simple, Kes! I like the wonderful progression of texture from bottom left to top right. The grass adds some lines for movement of the eyes. Great!

Nice detail in the ice and the grass here Kes!
The weather has been really crazy around here lately. Later on in the week, we are expecting to be in the low 90's too. Yet just last Sunday it was only 45 degrees at noon up at our cottage.

An excellent wintertime shot Kes with wonderful details and textures in the iced up river. You are right, the grass is praying for some warmth and we all want to cool down (You far more than me over there in Colorado....I'd shrivel:):)) I lve the beautiful delicate green tone and the warmthof colour in the rocks.
