Very professional work indeed. I would have moved the chair, desk, lamp and any other objects not part of the story. Another teeny suggestion would be to include all of his fingers by posing his hand slightly differently. I think his fingers are an important part of what he does. Light, composition, and expression are all excellent!!

Javed, this is a very fine composition and a impressive portrait. There are 2 things thought that I find a bit disturbing: the extra chair and the lamp.
I was trying to visualize it without them and, maybe, it will work as well.
