Yes, the contrast and the grain adds a lot to the mood of this shot. I love it, just would try to crop it to square to the right, where I think IMO the fence on the left is distracting a bit. Just my opinion.

Lovely tone in the image. I like the contrast between the structures and the sky. The grain in the image even make it more dramatic. Nice work.
