Ok, nothing wrong with B&W, but here's a version where her hair isn't so blown out.
- Took photo to Greyscale
- Used Image | Adjustments | Shadow/Highlight and lightly boosted the shadow areas, also barely bringing down the highlights.
-Lastly, I applied a sharpen brush to her eyes & lips.

she has one of the most stunning looks i've seen recently in usefilm, but i think that her nice backlighted portrait should have more impact in colour than b/w. ;-)
