Thanks Doyle, exactly the sort of critique I was after.. Shot shutter priority, and wondering whether at this stage, I should be shooting raw? Bit of hit and miss, look and learn... Interesing- why not centre the fountain? Set it up that way to show a shared experience between the 2 in shot... Apreciate your comments..
Interesting Chris . . . Curious as to whether this was auto, shutter or aperture priority settings on your Nikon. The reason I ask is that I see the blowout on the right overexposed light areas and think a higher stop on the aperture trail may have helped. Might have been able to pull it down 1/2 to 1 stop if the image was raw too. Pleasant image otherwise, though I would have avoided centering the fountain.
