Jerry, thanks, the horizon was low from where I was standing and those palmtrees were terrible high. I didn't put the sunbeam in, it was there when I took the shot.

Clara, thank you, I would like to see that too, but I wouldn't know how to do that. This was a purebred picture, meaning...I didn't change a thing. I never do when taking pics of nature, just trying to catch that one moment.
I like the detail in the clouds. I'd also like to see this same shot with sunrise/set colors. I think that would increase the dramatic factor. Nice capture!
I like this shot. The horizon line seems unusually low but it works with the clouds and trees filling the frame. The lifeguard stand gives good scale to the shot as well, it makes the trees feel large. I like the sunbeam detail in the clouds.
