Great capture, and wonderful perspective. Seagulls always seem to be the easiest birds to photograph, I've found they cooperate the best :P

Hi John, nice, prowd capture of the gull, looking so arrogantly at us...:) Nice capture, with some excellent details.
Personally, I don't care much for the sepia toning, but that's a subjective and personal thing. The choice for the tone is good, though.

Nice tones, John, and a well captured gull! Since this is in critiquers corner I'll tell you that I think this shot would benefit from a frame. I think it would set it off better.
