Shadow Land.
Outside the shadows loom...
Waiting for the day to be here soon...
When all the darkness will break free...
For the day I hope never to see.
For now the light controls the fey
Keeps the shadows well at bay
in Shadow land the demons stay
waiting, hungry for the prey.
A hero we wait to save the day
A drunken fool, he comes this way
Our hopes, they lay, with the chosen one
His light, a beacon, of which he knows none
A rift is torn to Shadow land
The time is coming, please understand
Take my heed and look to the sun
For very soon she will be gone.
The gods above take their aim
Fate she plays her funny game
We are mere pawns with lions to tame
Will our hero prevail or only maim?
