Real genius. This is a flawless image in my mind. The framing, the tonality and the absolutely perfection of the young monk's expression really make this is an unbelievable image. I hope someone here catches this one because I think its deserving of EC status. Excellent work Dana.

Gorgeous. The framing, the expression... wonderful. I like the texture on the robe, his feet on the left side, the way the composition is balanced yet dynamic. A couple of small things that I think would have improved this: the little bit of bright light by his right cheek is quite a distraction. I'd burn it in some to tone it down. And his eyes are a little flat, a bigger catchlight would help.

OK, so I am a proud husband! This hangs on our wall at home and I still think it is one of the best shots we (Dana and I) have in our collection.
