I WISH IT WAS CROPPED TO ELIMENATE THE OTHER COLORED LIGHT TO AVOID DISTRACTION

Very beautiful color! I'm glad o see more of your excellent night work, it is one of your great specialties!
As to the noise, perhaps it is the imaging electronics in the camera that are intolerant of this exposure? The noise granuals are fairly large so perhaps this is a lower resolution camera? At ISO 80 it seems that you should see little or no noise, but it is not really my area of expertise.
