Thank you all for your comments. I very much appreciate it. Yeah, i'm not sure why the color turned out like that. When i tried turning up the contrast the top left corner turned pinkish, even though there is no sight of such discoloration in the print. Oh well. I think it was in the late afternoon, but the sunlight must have been somewhat diffused because there aren't really many shadows. Thanks again! (c:,'
The colour of the sand in the top two corners appears almost pinkish... looks like a scanning problem, perhaps. Can you upload this again? The ripples in the sand are nice, but I wonder what time you shot this at. More dramatic shadows will be found closer to sunset on a bright day. I've attached one of my shots, taken at the Great Sand Hills, Saskatchewan at approx. 5:30 in the afternoon. The rock adds a nice sense of interest... hope to see more.
