I know how you feel Rich. I could have had so many great photos if it wernt for those fences.
Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes its not worth the shot. This one is lacks detail but is a decent shot.

This was shot thru a square-chain fence and it causes the bottom and around the head to do that. I liked the expression so I went big and at least got the main part of the face. Where I took the shot they don't have the clear glass or open areas that zoos with money have.
