Hey Ann...I didn't try the slow shutter here but did try on a couple other shots the sam day....if you get too slow you end with long streaks of white (the snow falling) in the photo.....thanks

Oh wow...here's a sight I haven't seen before 2 movements in nature happening at one time. (I hope that didn't sound as bad as I think it did - LOL) The water falling is one thing but to have snow falling at the same time is quite the sight. So glad you were able to capture that. Did you try a slow shutter with that one? I'm wondering if it would have caused a complete white out or what the effect might have been. How interesting. I'll have to try that if I ever see snow and just HAPPEN to be near a waterfall at the same time (ya right - that happens to me often - NOT - LOL) Great shot Larry.

Don't think I haven't noticed my friend, methinks you are trying to give away this snow with a great deal of energy:):):)
This is a shot of those falls from the other day and you have zoomed in closer for the shot. Much as I liked the first shot this is even more spectacular Larry. Excellent details and beautiful movement in the water.
I am NOT going to tell you that I envy you these Winter opportunities because you spoil it by wishing your weather over here. Just call me a snow fan from afar or a comfy chair snowholic:):)

beautiful waterfall scene Larry the fall itself is captured perfectly but the snow really adds a wonderful touch I have not seen before and It dosent snow here so im outta luck :) great shot...
