Brilliant, Mike. I love this. The crop, the lighting, that sweet little face...you've outdone yourself. :) (I don't think I'd have noticed the arm, I was so taken by her face. I see what they mean, though.)

Hi, Michael!
I agree with David...
try to "rebuild" the arm,or try to add a frame, but don't cut this shot
composition look perfect as it is...
these eyes are so magnetic that i've noticed the arm after about a minute of watch....;)
Ciao

Yeah, I think I would do the "painting" in too..

Oh, I see it now. It's because she has that dark armband on..! Anyway, converted to grayscale then duotone, then futzed around with levels, curves, and the "secret weapon" on this..;)..was when I went into the Shadow/Hightlight adjustment in CS2 because it gave me some good tonal separation. Please let me know how unhelpful that description was!..;)

darn, not that you mentioned the arm, it bothers me a little, too. I'd be tempted to paint the arm in rather than crop it.

her arm looks cut off -- i'd crop it up - this shot is beautiful. tell me how you toned it...
