My sister (Susie OConnor) has told me about your amazing work with birds, but I have never been to your portfolio before...although I've seen many of your award winning shots! Susie was certainly right...you have an amazing way with birds! This shot is no exception! Wow is about all I know to say!

Thanks Hugo, I do use auto wb most of the time with birds in flight, I have had problems setting wb for a lighting situation and have the bird fly from shade to sun etc. do you think the sometimes awkward looking skys is do to the wb? or a product of my Post processing, This would be helpful info..

Hi Marcus, You're definitely the master of bird shots.... This is, again, an awesome cpture. I can't suppress the feeling that you ke[pt the white balance on auto, though. The hue of the sky is just a tad unnatural. Only a minor thing, the looks and pose of the bird is spectacular...
