Very nice. Amazing how you managed to get the birds both in full wingspan over the lighter shades...that is dang hard to do in my experience. The composition and shade variation is very nice alone...but the person in the frame adds to make it a great contemplative work. Good stuff!

Thanks. I was very happy that the birds happend to land in the right spot. This was actually the first shot I took as I stepped out of the car. All the others lacked in luster. Burim - No film, this was digital. AM

Very nice work Alisa. Your choice of title is really apropos because the varying tones do make for a wonderfully layered effect here. I love the placement of the birds and the person at the bottom to add slight breaks to the flow of the photo. The placement of the birds and person also add an element of verticality to the horizontal flow of the photo. Excellent stuff Alisa.

Interesting capture with nice tones and lack of noise in the photo. The dwarfed lone figure at the bottom is good and adds a vontemplative mood to the piece.
