Here's a simple tutorial I found while surfin'... enjoy :) Reverse Scan Lines... -First open a new 2 x 1 pixel transparent image. -Zoom in to the max, And using the pen tool at 1px, make a black dot on the left. -After that, go to Edit -> Define Pattern. And just give your pattern a name. -Next, close that image without saving. -And open the image you want to apply the reverse scan lines to. -Create a new layer and go to Edit -> Fill. -Choose "pattern" in the drop down list and choose the pattern you just made. click ok. and you see your pattern. -It may be too dark, so just lower the opacity of that layer down to around 50.
