Indeed dear Mary! Whenever I look at the all happening in our society worldwide, I feel pain in my heart! No a fair treatment I see neither a sign of justice! The only reasons perhaps I still have affection for the life is the nature! You’ve showed with your creative illustration the point of my opinion so well that I need just visit your lovely art-collected works when I feel a shadow of doubt about the worthy of the life! Best regards: Maxime

It's fun to look at...I see a goose too..a cat... Beautiful picture...a suggestion:try it once more with your macro lens :) Cheers,Ursula Hi Ursula. Your suggestion re using my macro lens sounds like a great idea. Only problem is, this was a one time opportunity. Within a few hours, the melting had changed the whole view. So, it is no longer available. MAry

Hi Susie. That's interesting that our timelines are so similar. I didn't expect to enjoy photography as much as I do. So, now I have 2 time consuming, very engaging hobbies with limitless avenues of information and skills to explore. There is never the time I would like to devote to them, but then some things like enjoying the company of my 90 year old Mother-In-Law and my 5 month old grandaughter are definately priorities. Susie, your work suggests a more experienced photographer. I particularly love the toning of your 'from the back' and your 'girls fishing' pictures. Mary

Hi Mary, This is very cool. It fits the project very well. Thanks for coming by my portfolio and leaving such nice comments. I'm flattered that you would take so much time. ) I was reading your bio and we have very similar journeys with our cameras. I got my first one in Dec of 2004 and joined UseFilm in March of 2005 as well! I had no idea that I would fall in love with photography like I have. Isn't it the best hobby ever? Thanks again, I do appreciate your words. Best regards, Susie

Hi Richard. It is amazing, isn't it? I have no idea where I fit working in. There is not enough time for me to do the things I want. Photography and commenting have not been given the time I would like. Right now, I'm trying to get caught up a bit. Then I will be without my computer for a week. So, once agin will be hopelessly behind. Oh well, we do what we can. At least our lives aren't dull and boring. Mary

Interesting concept, lovely textures. Thanks for the many comments Mary, I've been very busy lately ...... not much time for commenting or photography for that matter. I'm a retired teacher as well, I just never realized how full my days would be.

Oh how wonderful I see them all. I just love to find shapes in mother nature. You have a good eye to see all these things. I would have been hard pressed recognising each one if you hadn't mentioned them all by name but now I really do see them all. They all stand out beautifully against the lovey warm tones and tectures of the wood. A beautiful image.
I thank you again for all your great comments on my images.
Cheers - Ann :)
