Hey Trace,

I love this pose, however your file size needs some attention young lady... This capture is 767x538 with a file size of 117KB. You can post up to 800x800 with a file size up to 360KB.

That tells me that either you are using the computer too much regarding the cropping of your work... Or, you aren't using a high enough resolution setting on your camera.

The second one is easy to fix. Just change the resolution to a Large Fine, or RAW setting on your camera. The first one is a bit more difficult to fix... You must focus... LOL ...

Remember what I told Liz? Focus on the subject and crop with your lens. The background makes no difference to most photos... Crop very tight with the lens to get the best quality photos...

Sorry to ramble on kid, but focus... Keep the main thing the main thing... Hope you don't mind, but I did play about with this one to focus more on the child and less on the decor...

My Best to you and yours,

Marty

Love it! I don't mind that he is sleeping- that is how he really is, so the shots just show him being him- and you know that is the ONLY way babies can be photographed! Your bounced flash looks good- I just made (out of paper!) a pocket reflector to use with my off camera flash- it works so well it amazes me! Who needs studio lights?????!
