Hi Joe,

This is an absolutely gorgeous image! The composition and the DOF are right on the money!
You also nailed the exposure dead on! You can make out every detail on this beautiful bird!
I don't understand why you don't have 10 times more views on this image.

I liked this image a lot... i am also a egret lover.
I love shooting them. If you left some more space on left it would have been really great... just a view..
