Can someone please explain to me how the ratings work.... i find i can jump from a 6.5 down to a 5.2 in only a couple of ratings, and at the moment i have a photo that has 20 great comments but is showing a 4.9/4... but apparently noone else can see this rating but me... here's the link http://www.usefilm.com/image/773084.html.... i have emailed site admin to explain it to me , but like all other emails i have sent requesting passwords and things they have gone unanswered...
