Q. Correct Sizing for Usefilm site

Morning!
I receive a lot of comments regarding the small image size of my shots that go on the site and I was wondering what to do to get the photos to a size that is more acceptable. I use the dimensions that are a specified....must be doing something else that isn't right. eg: pixel size vs, resolution....Anyone have an idea so that the pics will view larger...Thanks
