Q. No trace of profile

I wonder if anyone can help. I sent the usefilm link to several friends this week,and all have said that when they have typed in my name in "find member" there is zero results and no profile regarding my name. Only joined a few weeks ago,and was working fine until then. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kevin!

I don't know what the reasons for the problem could be. But perhaps sending your friends the URL of your portfolio itself might be a way to circumvent the problem? ( I mean the URL http://www.usefilm.com/photographer.asp?id=384885 )
