Q. 'Add to Friends' link missing

I just tried to add a friend but the link is no longer there. Anyone know why?

I don't know, i just came to Forum to see if somebody know, what's goin on whit that.. Me too, i wanted to add somebody to friend list, but couldn't find link...

Anybody?
